Fascial plane and truncal blocks like TAP, QL, ESP or Paravertebral etc. are gaining momentum and are a valuable alternative to Epidural Anesthesia or General Anesthesia. However, these blocks rely solely on users experience and needle shaft and tip echogenicity. With TuohySono, Pajunk has developed a special fascial plane block needle with a Tuohy bevel for ultrasound guidance only. Like the SonoPlex® II, the TuohySono also includes the patented Cornerstone Reflectors for optimized needle echogenicity.
